NOTES

Strong number of King Salmon in Muskegon River

Muskegon River - Muskegon, MI

Over the past 10 days I have seen a strong number of King Salmon in the Muskegon River. There are still fish in every stage of their cycle. I wouldn't be shocked if there is still another solid push of fish yet to come.

I also had a client hook into a bright Steelhead that was a little too hot to handle. They are starting to show up.

I really look forward to the end of October and early November on the Muskegon River. Most people transition to hunting, and I'm left with a fair number of Kings, Coho and some Steelies!
